AFTERBURN

 

 Keep your body in fat-burning mode long after AFTERBURN!

 Looking to gain upper body strength and build sexy arms and shoulders? Then AFTERBURN is calling your name. AFTERBURN was built to focus on two upper body muscle groups with TABATA bursts added in between strength training sets so we could crank your "after workout fat burning furnace" into high gear. 

 Cardio+weights=perfect afterburn! All levels are welcome. Modifications will be made if needed

Barre - ish

 

Barre - ish comes from the nature of our barre [we use our pole dancing pole for balance and support]. Lift tone and sculpt in this low impact but calorie scorching session! Barre - ish combines small movements to build lean muscle without bulk. It enhances flexibility and balance. Our trainers are Barre Above certified. This class is designed for beginners and all levels. Room will be warm to help lengthen your muscles. Yoga mat required or we have them to purchase or rent.

Zumba

META Bells

By their nature, typical Kettle bell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.  The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once. META Bells will take you through a Kettlebell workout and a metabolic conditioning circuit!

IMPACT Push

 

You will be working on your push muscles, triceps, chest, shoulders and core! Get in and out of the studio with this fast-paced and high-intensity workout. We want to have a sweaty, positive IMPACT on your day so come in a try this 40 minute workout filled with Assault Bikes, CMB Bells, Kettlebells and a few other cool fitness tools. 

IMPACT Pull

Get ready to work on your strength through pull exercises. Work on your back, biceps, hamstrings and glutes during this session.

Grounded

 

What grounds you? Your lower extremities!! Get ready to put your lower extremities to work. This session is all about developing a stronger "foundation" so be prepared to squat, deadlift, hip bridge and more!

IMPACT Full

IMPACT Full will bring on the heat! This session will focus on a full body agility and speed workout. We wanted to end you PUSH and PULL IMPACT week with a great full body mix.

META Boxing

It's fight night at Fitness Mogul!! During META Boxing we will infuse Boxing with another type of high intensity cardio exercise, every three weeks the infused fitness tool will be different. We start you off with a great cardio warmup using either jumpropes or your own body weight to get your blood pumping and body sweating. From there you will partner up and jump between boxing combos using mits or heavy bags and a fitness tool such as Kettlebell or Battle Rope. We will end with a core workout. Don't have gloves? No worries because we have them here at the studio.

Slow Flow Yoga

Every Thursday at 7 am. Slow Flow Yoga: release tension and stress in this slow flow class guided by Jenny. Feel comfortable and have fun as this class is designed for beginners and all levels.  Class will be warm. Yoga mats available to purchase for $15 or rent for $3
